Part of the rebranding strategy of the G&BL brand has placed considerable importance to the realization of the mobile site. Coming in multiple languages with easy navigation and intuitive interface, the mobile site offers a fruition of the main services of G&BL (eg, store locator, product catalog, search box) and helps to increase the reputation of the brand and to respect the brand equity which expresses clear values ​​quality over their competitors, generally not consistent.

During our study of the packaging graphics, emerged the need to enclose as much information as possible about the product, in order to make both user and dealer aware of product characteristics.

In addition, the OCS (Online Conversation Scan) showed that the aftermarket in general is perceived as undifferentiated: at this point, they wanted to identify an extension of the brand that was more than "technological" , whereas users are evolving more and more in web browsing sessions via mobile. It was therefore adopted QR Code technology (Quick Response Code), integrated on over all products packaging and all other communications media.
